Return Policy

You can request a return within 6 working days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange within 6 working days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
  

• Unwashed
  

• Undamaged
  

• Unused
  

• With all original tags attached

Note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if the item is not defective.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

Note: The buyer is responsible for return courier charges. Free exchange is only applicable if there is a visible defect in the item.

Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Take a clear picture of the defective part of the item (if applicable).
   

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
   

3. Email us the picture and let us know whether you want to return or exchange the item.
   

4. We will provide the address for returning the item.
   

5. Send the package via your local courier.
   

6. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange.

Important: Free exchanges are only available for items with visible defects. For non-defective items, courier charges will apply.
